Scope

This Privacy Notice describes how Foxfire Management Group, LLC, using the Foxfire Property Management brand, handles information submitted through FoxfireProperty.com or when you contact Foxfire through the links shown here. Foxfire Property Management is not a separate legal entity.

Information you choose to provide

This website does not include a public application or document-upload form. If you call, text or email us, we receive the contact information and message content you choose to provide. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking records, consumer reports, full applications or sensitive medical or accommodation documentation through the public site or an unsecured message.

Technical information and aggregate traffic measurement

Our website host and service providers may process basic technical information—such as IP address, browser or device information, request logs and security or diagnostic data—to deliver, protect and troubleshoot the site. Foxfire also uses a first-party, cookie-free counter to record aggregate daily page views and interactions such as clicks to RentRedi, telephone, text and email links. This counter does not store IP addresses, precise location data or a persistent visitor or device identifier.

RentRedi and other external services

Applications, screening, leasing, payments, maintenance requests and resident records are handled through RentRedi or another expressly approved secure system. When you follow an external link, that service’s privacy terms and security practices apply.

How information is used

We use ordinary contact information to respond to inquiries, schedule tours, communicate about a property, support residents, document transactions and meet legal or operational obligations. We do not sell applicant or resident information.
